Our History to go along with our present that you are going to share with us.

Back in 1982 David loved to play video games down at the old Tasty Cave. Not the kind of games the kids play today, but the first real arcade games that took a quarter to play. On these old time machines if you had the most points then you could enter your initials as high scorer. Because we were together and in love he wanted to put both of our initials up. I laughed and loved the idea. At first we said, DAT David and Toinia, but David said, "NO" it would be and will always be "TAD" Toinia and David and he wanted the whole world to know it. (Keystone was our whole world) Aww kind of cute right. Well now all these years later it is not just TAD but a few more. 10 to be exact. Miranda, David, James, Mary, Stephen, Aaron, Sarah, Daniel, Lawre, and baby Krissy. So you see we are Just a TAD more then when we first started out.

Just a "TAD" more

  1. This is our first Blog and I'm looking forward to sharing my pictures with you all. We have had a great week of school following a weekend of birthdays. We had Lawre's who is now 4 years old. Where does the time go when the baby boy is so big and can do so many things. I have started to do some school work with him so he can get use to a more strucktured day. (5 min. for now. Thats all we can do.) For his birthday Grandaddy came up from Fl and we decorated with "Herbie the Love Bug". Not easy to find but his favorite. I had a day to get it all together and had to improvise as I went. David and I went to Macon the day before . (we always use the excuse of the kids birthday for a date. We love shopping for them together. We had a blast and needed the time out after the 8 day stay in the hospital with Daniel.) I took a pinyata of a police car and painted it along with a matchbox to look like "Herbie" The first was the center piece and the second sat on top of the cake. The rest was done like a race way. Lawre loved it.

I loved getting the ice cream with all the 'fixin's' for our bananna splits and hope no one will get sick. :) Talk to you soon. Love, Grandma (Suzanne)
